The company was founded in 1984 is located in Liubao Town Industrial Zone, Baoying County, Yangzhou City. The predecessor was the collective enterprise "Baoying County Electrical Insulation Material Factory", covering an area of 21,467 square meters building area of 7,817 square meters. In 1991, the company began to cooperate with the Guilin Electrical Research Institute of the former Ministry of Machinery Electronic Industry to develop "polyimide film" products. It is one of the earliest domestic units specializing in the research development, production sales of polyimide film special engineering materials.
